- There is a minimum of $20.00 per order and 10 copies of each
octavo or 5 copies of each book (unless fewer are available).
- A “Review” copy may be requested for an additional $5
handling fee, when copies are available. The handling fee will be
applied to additional copies ordered.
Payment
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Shipping
- Shipping charges:
- $ 20.00 to $ 34.99 = $ 9.00
- $ 35.00 to $ 69.99 = $10.00
- $ 70.00 to $ 99.99 = $11.00
- $100.00 to $199.99 = 8.5% of total
- $200.00 or more = 7.5% of total
- Shipping charges for residential addresses may be slightly higher
- Most orders are shipped UPS. An itemized receipt will be
enclosed with your order.
